8 Tips on MLM Recruiting
We learn in sales and marketing that we were always taught that the real game in closing didn't start until you got an objection. That's true in the mlm network marketing business as well. To be a truly good, or even great recruiter, you need to get down to decision time and find out where your prospect stands. Here are 8 tips to help you become a better recruiter.
1. Right People. The very first thing you should do when trying to recruit people into your downline is find the right people. This will be your target market. The right person will be someone who is already interested in what you are offering. For example - say if you market a health beverage, the right person could be someone who wants to boost their immune system. Another example would be if you are in the weight loss industry, the right person could be someone who is looking to lose a few pounds to fit back into their clothes.
2. Irresistible Offer. This is another MLM recruiting tip. Having an irresistible offer will help you recruit people easily. Your offer should be able to grab the attention of the right person and make them want to know more about what you're offering.
3. How To Overcome Objections. Another tip on how to recruit people into your MLM business is to know how to overcome objections. You will get a lot of people giving you all sorts of reasons (excuses) why they can't join you. The most common objection is someone who says "I don't have the money to join" and the people who are skeptical.
To overcome the money objection, what you have to do is demonstrate leadership and allow the person to find a way to buy the products or services from you. 99% of the time, if someone want something bad enough, they'll buy it. Ensure them that they can get paid by sharing the products with other. And let them know that you have a system in place for them to use.
To overcome the skeptics objection, all you have to do is guarantee them that your products or services will help them. Your company should have a guarantee in place to help eliminate the objection. If they don't, you can offer your own guarantee.
4. Try and see your opportunity from your prospects viewpoint. Everyone is at a different point in their life and you need to understand how they view themselves to understand how they are viewing your opportunity. That all starts with asking questions about them.
5. Cultivate a relationship with your prospect. This may be done over a period of time and require you to recruit in stages and not all at once. Different people warm up differently. Kind of like eating an elephant one bite at a time. With some prospects you may need to slow down a little.
6. Be a better communicator. This is an acquired skill, but your ability to speak and listen at a level that your prospect understands will determine how many people you recruit. Putting on the best presentation in the world is worthless if they don't understand what you are saying.
7. Educate your prospect based on what they are saying to you and not everything you know. You may know your company better than anyone else in the world, but that does not mean your prospect wants to hear it all. Finding out their goals and their dreams will lead you to how much information you need to provide.
8. Lastly the fortune is in the follow up. How many times have you heard that? How many times do you do it? You deserve an answer and they deserve to make a decision. This comes down to closing the deal. Getting their decision allows both of you to get on the next prospect and doing that over and over is ultimately going to be the key to your success.
In summary, recruiting really comes down to getting a decision from your prospect. Getting from the beginning to the end is a process of educating and overcoming objections. Do that enough and you are going to make a lot of money as a top mlm network marketing recruiter.

Make Money through the Power of Duplication
what would you choose?
Most people would naturally take the $10,000.
However, one cent doubled every day for a month becomes greater than one (1) million dollars!
Do you realize that?
That is why the TRUE POWER of Duplication in Network Marketing is so REAL and EFFECTIVE.
Like it or not, the whole market around us works through a network of distribution, from the factory, wholesale centers, distribution centers, retail shops, etc
The next time when you look at a computer, eat something, wacth a movie, go out shopping, LOOK AROUND YOU and be aware of all the products you SEE.
These things infront of us and around us are all results that came to us via a channel of distribution.
So, network marketing is a business like any other businesses out there.
The difference is ordinary consumers like you and I can make an income via an alternative "smart, low-cost, low risk" business called network marketing!
Everyone faces opportunities every day.
It's how we recognize and seize these opportunities and determine to convert it into successes in our very own lives!
Root Causes of MLM Failures
Without a clear goal, plan or system in place, these people will most likely get confused, angry, disappointed, lose all interest and give up.
They will say it just doesn't work. It's a scam.
What went wrong?
They actually faced the following root causes:
1. They don't understand the true nature of MLMs and life style of MLMers.
2. They don't have a system in place to train new people
3. They fail to communicate the system.
Motivation Tips

"In order to live a blessed life we have to learn how to be a blessing. You know, living just to fulfill one's own needs, one's own dreams, one's own goals and ambitions is a very boring and unfulfilling way to live our lives.
See, God is delighted when we live our life to be a blessing to others. That's when we get more blessings from God. Try to find at least one person to bless every single day. Isn't it an exciting, creative and blessed way to live? And it’s one of the keys to live a blessed life."

Our journey of life is about progress, not perfection.
It's not about doing one thing 100% better -
it's a matter of doing 100 things, 1% better each day.
Progress is evolutionary not revolutionary,
and most days we measure our progress in inches, not miles.
What matters most is showing up for your life whether you feel like it or not.
Ask yourself, "What two or three little things can I do today that would move me forward?" You'll be amazed at how much distance you can cover by taking it in increments.
The little things add up; the inches turn to miles; and we string together our efforts like so many pearls. Before long, look what you have - a whole strand! Ah... beautiful.
